  place is hit or miss. sometimes shopping is good, everything is there i came to get. most times i have to come back several times what I came for is out of stock. small store maybe? so hit or miss shopping. that's how it goes. I do go to another Safeway when i can. but since this one is local so be it.

  This store is awful and the management and closing team need to be reviewed. After visiting I watched them lock the doors right as a disabled individual had arrived to pick up a few items 20 minutes before closing. Absolutely terrible customer service. And if you want to purchase any kind of hygiene products or frozen food it’s all locked up and there are buttons you have to press to call someone over to unlock the most basic items that shouldn’t be under lock and key. When you press the button for assistance it takes up to 20-30 minutes for anyone to respond so you usually have to walk all the way to the front just to make contact with someone who says they don’t even have a key and to just wait. On more than one occasion the ceiling in the parking garage has been actively falling apart and dropping insulation onto the ground and bits and pieces hanging down causing a hazard to vehicles ent the garage. When brought up to staff they just said “no manager was in yet” and didn’t even try to adequately address the situation or fix the active hazard. Will not be shopping at this location again unless these issues are addressed. Do better Safeway.

  Today I want to Safeway to buy some food I was going with my little daughter 5years old which is I picked her up from school and she was badly needed to use bathroom sho was asking 3 times to open the bathroom for her they keep saying okay we will be there but no one was showing I was feeling so bad she was following the guy with holding her private she they was just smiling at her I feel like they are resisting specially the India guy has no respect at all!!!! So bad to act like that at 5 years old little girl 👧🥲🥲

  this Safeway is HIGHLY UN SAFE. they do not care about people. for example, when me and my sister went to Safeway mind you me and my sister are minor and there was a security officer stopped us after we paid for our groceries saying he would punch us in the face if we ever came back and threatened to kill us and Safeway didn't no nothing about it so we had the police handle it, and then they wrongfully stopped my boyfriend saying he was stealing and he paid for a whole drink and had him arrested, this Safeway loves to target people of color minors as well thinking we don't know our rights.
