I can't believe it's taken me this long to go to Pam's Kitchen, but I finally went a few days ago and loved the food, the ambiance and Pam's charisma. When I asked for a ginger beer she told me she made it herself, and after I tasted it I asked her what she put in it that was so tasty, and she simply said "Love, I put Love in all of my food." And it shows!
I'm so happy, there's a place in Seattle I can have delicious fried plantains, ginger beer and delicious Caribbean food.
I look forward to coming back here more often.

We love Pam's Kitchen!!!! We had the jerk chicken which was absolutely delicious, we cleaned the bones entirely and taste just like back home 🇹🇹. The ribs were juicy, tender and super mouth watering and of course they were cleaned off the bone #tendernism. The flavor of everything was so gooooood I felt like I was at a Caribbean BBQ and enjoying the food the aunties made, with all the great tunes playing in the background. Thanks Pam, we'll be back again!!

The food was EXTREMELY spicy today , so much so that it overpowered the flavor. I don’t know if Ms. Pam doesn’t have enough help, or just isn’t taking the time to taste what’s being served. I just spent $100 and everyone I brought food for said the same thing.🤦🏽‍♂️

So i saw this place on king 5 news yesterday. And living 8 minutes away i thought I would go try it out. I have to say that I actually met the owner Pam. What a nice lady. And the food oh man. It's to die for. I had the pork ribs. It came with the ribs a salad and rice. It was delicious. The food was cooked right. The flavor was incredible. With that being said if you like Caribbean
food try this place out. Even if you have never tried Caribbean food try it anyway. It's worth it.
Oh I almost forgot Pam's also has all you can eat on Wednesday's only. So next week I'm going to try that out.
Pam I will be back

I was in Seattle over the summer (visiting from the bay area), and came to Pam's Kitchen several times. As a Trini, I can confidently say that at Pam's you'll have the best and most authentic Trini food you can get anywhere on the West coast. The buss-up-shut (Paratha Roti on the menu) with the channa aloo in particular felt like home. They also sometimes have live steel pan music (e.g., from the Phinney Ridge Steel Band) and that's a great time. People are dancing, eating delicious food, listening to music... what more can you want?
