  Pacific Northwest Catering exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we did the tasting, we knew our wedding dinner was going to be amazing. All of our guests raved about the food, calling it some of the best they’ve ever had. They made us a beautiful and delicious cutting cake, presented everything perfectly, and were so pleasant and professional throughout the night. The staff were incredibly accommodating to our timeline, and bar service was quick and efficient. Planning with them was smooth—they were responsive, helpful, and attentive to every detail. Highly recommend!

  PacNW Catering catered our wedding and everyone left fat and happy! From the appetizers to the buffet main course, everything they brought was awesome! The chile relleno casserole and jalapeno poppers were the groom's fave!

  I cannot thank Pacific Northwest Catering enough for the amazing job they did for our wedding!! We opted for chef carved Prime Rib and Salmon Picatta with mashed potatoes with grilled veggies and foccacia bread. Everything turned out phenomenal!! Our guests kept telling us how this was the best wedding food they've EVER had. Thank you Chef Matt and his team; Cari, Carl, Esther, Jackson, Jose, Marielos, and Ava. as a bonus, they even had 4 different kinds of spa water with our initials cut out in fruit in the water dispensers!!! Overall incredible experience and so easy to work with!

  I wanted to reach out and thank you for all you did for us and working through all of the confusion during our wedding! All of our guests loved the food (even those who are picky!). We will definitely be reaching out again if needed and recommending you to all of our friends! We want to give a special thanks to Aleks who was our bartender! She has phenomenal customer service and was so friendly. So many people had such great things to say about her! She went as far as chasing me down to make sure I ate before the ceremony and offered to help with our baby so I could eat dinner. Please pass along my thanks so she knows how valued and appreciated she is! She was a highlight of our day!

  Truly one of the best caterers in the area. They catered our wedding and were a delight to work with. I especially recommend them for anyone with severe food allergies, since they did an excellent job preparing a meal safe for the bride's celiac disease.
