  Refused to honor a McDonalds app deal despite meeting all conditions for the deal. She said it’s the app’s fault not theirs. Highly disappointing experience would not recommend this McDonald’s at all.

  Took my order for mcflurries, got to the second window, then they said they dont have ice cream, told them to cancel it, they said ok, they still charged my card, didnt cancel it and stole my money

  I mean it's basically what you would expect from a Southside McDonald's. Bonus is that the drive-thru is open 24 hours, very few places in Seattle have any sort of late hours for food. It's definitely the type of place where I would hit the dispensary and this spot in the same night. Wholly unremarkable aside from its testament and living sculpture dedicated to the American capitalistic way of life. But damn those fries are good.

  Ordered from Doordash late night. No mayo on McChicken, chicken hard as a rock, only one pickle...Whoever is the cook after midnight, the manager needs to check the quality of their product. I am a former fast food manager and this is completely unacceptable. Check your staff, make sure their on page with you please. I know this is fast food, but these kids aren't going to get anywhere with management like this

  My son goes to this McDonald’s after school he’s a very shy kind hearted kid he usually stops here to get food before getting home I make sure he always has enough. To get what he likes today January /29/2026 he was unable to order food they had closed the lobby and all entrances to this location leaving an employeee to stand near the door to ONLY Allow adults in. There was sign posted at each door stating …. (for there safety lobby will be closed everyday from 350 to 4:30) that’s usually the time kids would reach this establishment the adults at this location can’t possibly be that scared of kids ? There has to be something else they can do beside locking the kids out
