  So you can’t walk up and order you have to go to the drive through or ONLY use the touch screen kiosk. So if you are visually impaired they won’t serve you

  I just went in to grab a water and an ice cream cone and they both were pretty good so overall visit was satisfactory.

  I ordered a Frappe. I hit my hand on the door, I dropped it and spilled everywhere. I went and told the lady. I told her "I'm buying another one. If will start making it for me". As I am ordering it from the kiosk. She said "no free". I said "I just said I was ordering another one". I started to tear up and said "Im sorry my dad died, that is why I am tearing up. Not because of the frappe. I am just having a hard day". She said "haha cry over frappe" I said "my dad died, that is why I am tearing up. Not over a frappe. I just told you that". She started making my frappe. Then, walks over to her 5 co-workers. Points over and they start looking at me laughing. I told them to stop laughing because it isnt funny. I said "My dad seriously just died and you all are making fun and laughing at me for tearing up. You all are Pathedic and should be ashamed of yourselves". I have never had this experience here ever with any of the worker's. Been coming to this one for years. The lady was rude to me from the moment I walked in. I should of left right back out

  I’ve been to this café several times and ordered coffee with sugar, and they never put any in. Every time I ask, “With sugar?” and they say, “Yes.” Then I drive a long distance, start stirring the coffee, and there’s no sugar in it. They either don’t listen to what you want or don’t understand.

  I got delivery I had a big order I had ordered 4 double cheeseburger 2 no pickel the other 2 extra pickels and a order of 10 piece nuggets well just as I thought the food came to me cold and I only got single patties someone wasn't paying attention to detail and didnt get extra pickel the food was thrown together without much care I wish I would have ordered from the Northgate store I always get what I order and food arrives at least Warm
