  When I pulled up to the drive through someone told me they’d be “right back.” He proceeded to make me wait 30 minutes while the other drive-through depot continued sending customers through at pace. Every time I said hello I’d be told “just a minute.” This was a frustrating experience for what is supposed to be convenient fast-food. I am not spending money at a McDonald’s drive-through for Michelin star burgers, I’m spending money for the convenience of being able to order and pick up my food swiftly.

  This location is completely focused on drive through customers and take out. Ketchup is not available except through request, and staff is often too busy (or oblivious) to respond quickly.

  The app doesn’t work yet the manager insists it does she insists that I come in during a pouring rainstorm to fix the app issue no, just give me the 20% off like the app says she says I can’t override. I’m just the manager what the heck terrible terrible terrible. She’d rather lose the $10 sale than fix the issue. Shame on you McDonald’s, and shame on your owner for hiring such incompetence.

  This McDonalds near Seattle has always been disappointing. It’s rare to come here and something g not be wrong - ice machine not working, food not being made correctly - just like this time. 0 sauce made it into my mouth until everything was gone but the tortilla. These guys just don’t care.

  My kid loves coming here and enjoys the play place. The employees are always so kind and attentive plus everything is clean.
