  Just an fyi. This is crust and ember from DoorDash. I called and had asked them if it was crust and ember and they said no. When the pizza I ordered off DoorDash from Crust and ember showed up it was in a mad pizza box. The pizza was amazing and so were the wings I recommend them for food. It was very hard to get a hold of them. I was trying to call since DoorDash didn’t have an option for ranch. So either get ranch on the app or when people call and ask what you are tell the truth lol. I know what a ghost restaurant is every restaurant has them it’s how we make money! I would definitely order again amazing food!!!

  Best pizza I’ve had in the city. I have no idea why other reviewers are trash talking it. Underrated.

  Pizza that tastes like a dish pit and leaves your stomach (and wallet) begging why for days. Entire restaurant is unclean. Ran by one guy (which i have empathy for to a point) but when you’re gloveless, answering your store phone covered in grease, and then preparing my food with pizza spatulas stored in a milk crate on the floor, the empathy stops. Should I have asked for my money back? Probably. Did I feel like arguing a one man show while drunk on a friday? Absolutely not. Do not go.

  It’s very nasty, and the owner didnt understand why we wouldn’t want to eat in a sticky, dirty restaurant.

  First of all, the worst customer service i’ve had. I called the shop because we ordered 3 pizzas for $69 dollars and the pizzas were tiny. Second of all, the manager spoke to me with such disrespect, I could not believe it. I told him that we ordered 3 pizzas, or 12 slices and only received 10 slices. At the end of the day it’s not a huge deal, but for $70 bucks it is a big deal. And the manager, tells me i’m wrong. He spoke to me rudely, and told me that tha is impossible. I could not believe it. I can go to Domino's and buy a large pizza for $7 bucks, but here i’m paying almost $20 bucks a pizza. I wish I could say i’m happy, because the pizza was good, but the customer service was horrible. I hope this does not happen to someone else.
