  The women who work here a amazing. I wish I could use the curse word before amazing because they are. My cat passed and I came here for a dozen to drown my sorrows crying at the window and they were so nice they gave me another dozen. I was just there with my kids and cute Paris was at the front and was giving me all the gen z vibes and wrote a cute message on the box. WHOEVER THE HIRING MANAGER FOR THIS LOCATION HAS IMPECCABLE TASTE. Don't sleep on this staff they deserve MORE MONEY! Return customer and I make my company use this location for all donut purchases <3

  We had an amazing experience with the gal who helped us. She was very sweet, communicative and helpful. We appreciate her as we know a place like that can create stressors. Also, my family love the donuts!

  Just want to say how nice and welcoming the cashier was today at around 145pm. Didn't catch her name. But she was so pleasant and welcoming, we stop here on and off on our way to dance competitions and never had a bad experience, but today she made our day. 😊 oh and doughnuts are are great too!

  My experience was with a pickup order. I ordered online, ordered an assorted dozen. I went to pick out the donuts I wanted, but for some reason I was not allowed to add the donuts I really wanted, specifically the powdered strawberry filled. So I had to place a separate order for those, which raised the cost significantly. I was ordering for my office, and I let everyone choose their own donuts, and could hardly let my team down. So that was rather inconvenient that those are not included in the "pick your own dozen". I had a promo coupon for a $1 dozen original glazed if I bought a dozen and redeemed that. So I had in total ordered 2 dozen plus 4 strawberry. Unfortunately when my coworker went to pick up the order, he was only given one box. Inside it was a dozen of all of the same donut, cream filled. No maple, no round cream, no raspberry filled. He did not realize that there should've been 2 other boxes of donuts. Whoever filled that order had either forgotten them or the cashier wasn't paying attention. Either way, Donut day at the office was a mess. 12 cream filled, and those had maybe a teaspoon on filing in them. Those are my favorite, and normally they have a decent amount of cream in them, but not that day. Needless to say, my coworkers were disappointed. And why on earth are the strawberry filled not given an option when you pick your own dozen? The other premium donuts are, for a little extra. Why do I have to buy those separately. Also, when I tried to call the store I kept getting a voicemail message telling me to enter an extension number or press 0 for an operator. And then the call would just drop. I tried calling for hours but nobody ever picked up. So maybe you guys should have the phone line checked, because customers can't get thru.
