I hate having to write this, but I'm writing it for my sister in her account. She is recovering from brain surgery and ordered once sandwich and chips. She put simple direction in the app. The delivery guy Adam called her being EXTREMELY RUDE even after she tried to apologize saying she's recovering, he said I don't care what you wrote I don't care I don't care I don't care over and over until she had to slowly say it out. Then he says she has to sign for it and put a tip. She asks if he could put a 15% tip and sign. He said fine and hung up. She sees then he tipped himself $15! On a $29 order!!! So I told her she needs to call someone and get that back. She's living on her own in a studio on disability, not able to work! She gets one order a month if she cuts corners!! She calls me and got off the phone with the manager CRYING her eyes out saying the manager is blaming her for the tip. Saying what he did isn't possible. Only she can tip, but I can see her order too and she didn't do anything herself. Its easier for her to hit 15% than to type in $15. He keeps arguing saying how is he supposed to know how much 15% is like he doesn't have a phone and can't look and blames her and says she did it. As she's getting off the phone, he has her in absolute tears! She has ordered from here before and has never had an issue, but this was just AWFUL!! WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN!!! How do you think treating ANYONE, not just someone recovering like this is okay. She's not stupid just because she's recovering. Her emotions are just hard. She's worked in medical fields for almost all jobs. She's a very smart woman! So so rude! She is the reason they don't have someone calling and telling right now because my temper is much worse than hers!

I hate even having to write this because I’ve always loved Jimmy John’s, but this has been extremely disappointing.
So two days in a row I ordered Jimmy John’s and two days in a row my order has been messed up. The first day they left off key ingredients off my sandwich — not small things, but the main items that actually make the sandwich what it’s supposed to be. It completely changed the taste and honestly just felt careless.
Then we come to today. I ordered it again because they had a special five dollar off $20, so I ordered today as delivery. Item was on his way, tracking said it was coming, and then suddenly they said it was delivered… but I never seen a delivery driver. No knock. No call. No food. Just marked “delivered.”
I wasn’t gonna write this review, but I think it should be known so you can be aware of what’s happening. It’s really frustrating to spend your money, look forward to your food, and be let down twice in a row.
As much as I love Jimmy John’s, y’all really have to do better.
The whole staff need to be taught to have manners and not be mad the whole time and with an attitude just stay home on top of that sandwich was nasty
Mystery green paste on the cheese I didn’t order. French bread is literally burnt and hard.

Had a small error on my order and they fixed it without charging another delivery fee. It’s easy to give a good review on service but even better when a business fixes their mistakes. (Which happen time to time!)
