  1 star This location is consistently slow and completely defeats the purpose of ordering from Jimmy John’s. I placed an online order and intentionally waited 35 minutes before showing up because I know this store runs behind. When I got there, I was told it would still be another 15 minutes. That’s about a 50 minute wait for a sandwich from a place that advertises “freaky fast.” This is not a one-time issue. This is the norm at this location. Honestly, I feel bad for the employees because this seems like a management and operations problem, not a staff effort issue. The system clearly is not working. I don’t understand how a location operating like this can still represent the Jimmy John’s brand. Be better. If you’re going to run this far behind, the app should not say “ASAP” or give the impression orders will be ready quickly. It’s misleading and frustrating. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

  I ordered Greek Gyro and the sandwich did not have any Tzatziki sauce. What's the point of selling a Gyro without the sauce. My friend ordered a gyro too and both of us did not have the sauce.

  Food is fine, but the wait is awful. I don’t know why they don’t hire more people. It makes me think it has terrible management.

  Consistently have waited up to an hour and a half after ordering online for a simple order.

  Don't listen to these crazy reviews, sandwiches are always on point, staff is quick.
