Didn’t read the reviews before I went since I was unaware this was even a thing. But like others have mentioned this is a ghost kitchen for multiple restaurants. So you’re paying 5 guys prices for food that is definitely not fully 5 guys quality. It’s not complete garbage but the fries were soggy and the burger was notably different from an actual 5 guys location. If possible just chose an actual 5 guys location, this could work in a pinch but I’m surprised 5 guys allows this kind of thing. Has definitely soured my view of the company a bit, will be checking to make sure locations are actual locations before going in the future, won’t be returning here.

TL;DR - Terrible experience and terrible mis-direction. Horrible customer experience. I hold 5 Guys very high in my mind on quality and taste, but this location is down right inexcusable. For how much they charge, with this experience, this is basically robbery. 1. Deception - I ordered through the actual 5 Guys app. Nowhere in the app was it explained that this was a GHOST kitchen dedicated for food delivery workers. This sis not a sit down location. Ordering 5 Guys now adays is a financial commitment. When I go to a 5 Guys location listed by 5 Guys themselves, the last thing I expect is a ghost kitchen. Terrible misdirection. 2. Experience - Not a real 5 Guys location. I walked into a "pickup room" with a tiny window and lockers. It took me 5 minutes to actually see anyone, and they barely were able to help. Eventually someone in a 5 guys uniform walked by the window. I tried to talk with them. They walked straight by me, put my food behind a locker, and walked away. Mind you, I was at most 3 feet away from them. I was straight up ignored. It then took me another 5 minutes to figure out how to get my food because we weren't given codes to access the lockers. 3. Food Quality - We ordered bacon cheeseburgers and didn't get any bacon. For how much this food costs, even after the abysmal experience and let down that this location was, I was still hoping for that signature 5 Guys taste. Nope. Cant even remember to put bacon on a bacon cheeseburger, and our burgers were cooling down behind a locker while were confused on how to get our food because staff can't be bothered to have a conversation.

Absolutely DO NOT go here. I ordered to go there and have a sit down Five Guys experience. It’s a hole in the wall, shared kitchen with five other restaurants. I paid for BACON BURGER and got a burger without bacon and lettuce. The staffs are rude. There was too much ketchup on the bun. I couldn’t take more than two bites. I will be repotting this to costumer service. Very disappointed.
