Then the worker with him asked me if I speak Spanish, but I did not take it negative from as she sensed the tension and she is trying to ease things. I kind of understood that this must not be the first time this guy is rude. Then I said why are you coming strong like that? I did not want to say rude. He said because I am the BOSS. I said BOSS yourself. My kid was with me I could not say the other word. Then we just left and ordered from the one at the university. What happened to good customer service. Hello my I help you? Can I get your order? Then after the order may I have your name for the order?. That is all I expect just the bear minimum.
