Worst wings I have ever eaten and very overpriced for what you get.
Extremely fatty and not properly deep fried. Hot sauce doesn’t even taste like hot sauce.
Initial person who was taking my order was rude and unhelpful. Second Lady was wonderful. Polite, responsive and has excellent customer service.
Don’t recommend eating here unless you like wasting your money.

20 dollars for 10 wings and some fries? Seriously? Absolutely ridiculous prices. My fries were lukewarm, not crispy, and tasted stale. The wings were a decent size, but they tasted like burnt fryer oil. It was terrible. You can even see in the kitchen and it looks like they haven't changed their fryer oil in weeks. Completely black, and smoking up the whole restaurant

I’m sure they’ll make a killing because the high school is nearby, but I was not impressed by anything at this store. My expectations were low, because when I eat fast food I tend to favor locally owned restaurants, which are usually better, and Wingstop lived down to those expectations.
Atmosphere is dark and uninviting. The floor looked like it needed a sweeping. And a mop.
Service, meh, it’s fast food. I don’t expect miracles. But the guy at the counter isn’t doing himself any favors by being so grumpy.
The food? Blech. Way too salty. The chicken sandwich was tinged with pink. And it was just fried chicken smeared in a sauce that wasn’t even hot (I got “cajun,” which was third hottest on the menu, IIRC). I got pickles. They were a wilty disappointment. That’s it? And a combo meal of greasy fries smothered with seasoning salt, and a drink and that’s $13? And I waited 15min for that? Why?
I can’t imagine what would make me return here.
Also, Wingstop, even tho I didn’t like it. I would have tipped. The workers deserve at least a chance of tips at fast food wages. But it wasn’t even an option when I paid. Give customers a way to tip your workers! After all, I don’t think a majority of customers will be back anyway! Might as well get every dime you can!

Am I able to submit ideas to Wingstop for future consideration?
We at Wingstop Restaurants Inc. ("Wingstop") are proud that our fans are excited by our brand and want to share their ideas, innovations, flavors, and other wing-loving thoughts with us. However, Wingstop has a full-time staff of wing experts who we rely on to generate new ideas for our brand and our fans. Not that your ideas are unworthy, but you don't want to put the team out of a job. And our lawyers tell us that we need to avoid unsolicited ideas because we don't want to have any dispute as to ownership of those great ideas. Below is more legal mumbo jumbo explaining our policy.
UNSOLICITED IDEAS
Customers of Wingstop may have the perfect idea for a new concept, and we may be missing out on an exciting opportunity, but ownership and protection must be considered. Wingstop maintains a policy that does not permit it or its employees to accept any unsolicited ideas from outside sources (fans and other third parties).
Wingstop strives to innovate and create through internal business departments and their employees. With this in mind, if we create a new concept through our internal experts, and a talented customer/fan submits a substantially similar idea, determining who the originator of the wing-tastic idea is would be a challenge. To better protect ourselves as well as all of our fans out there, we must adhere to this strict policy which does not permit the review, consideration, or acceptance of such ideas from outside parties to avoid any confusion of ownership. Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.
TERMS GOVERNING SUBMISSIONS
If you nevertheless insist on sending us your unsolicited ideas, the following conditions apply:
Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
All submissions will be deleted from working files within Wingstop and no response will be delivered to confirm receipt of any submissions.
Due to archiving requirements, your email may be retained on our system, but please understand this is not an effort to keep record of our customers' great ideas; rather, it is incidental to archiving.
