- SBSka BobDec 25, 20252.0If they are going to close early, then Stop taking mobile orders, leaving people knocking on the doors unable to pick up food they already paid for isn't acceptable. And learn basic customer service. Tell the 5 cars sitting in the drive through you have closed early and put up a sign saying closed. Don't just stop taking orders and ignore everyone already in line while they while they sit there for 15 minutes until they give up and drive away.

Seriously just a friendly suggestion, but the last two times I’ve bought a burger, it’s drowning in ketchup and mayo. Please consider not being so heavy handed with the condiments. I appreciate you guys. Thanks.
