- SJSha jon2 days ago2.0EDIT: you'll note, no one replies to any of the reviews here. I really don't think they care. We were really excited for something besides McDonald's and taco bell. We've been four or five times now and every single time our food is wrong. Time before last, they shorted us an order of fries and all the sauces we paid extra for. I went back in and they swore they gave them to me. It was aggressive for a convo about dips y'know. This time I got two orders of 10 nuggets. Both containers had 9 nuggets. Odd coincidence. I called three times, once w a different phone and each time they pretended they couldn't hear me but as she hung up the second time I heard say that I was dumb and should give up calling bc they weren't gonna talk to me. Not for nothing, but it sucks that a cheeseburger there is the size of a slider. Major shrinkage inflation. The only redeeming quality is the frosty. I'll probably stop trying to get food here anymore.

- SBSka BobDec 25, 20252.0If they are going to close early, then Stop taking mobile orders, leaving people knocking on the doors unable to pick up food they already paid for isn't acceptable. And learn basic customer service. Tell the 5 cars sitting in the drive through you have closed early and put up a sign saying closed. Don't just stop taking orders and ignore everyone already in line while they while they sit there for 15 minutes until they give up and drive away.
