    Maybe it's been a while since I tried Wendy's but this was the most disappointing "grab a burger" experience I have had in a long while. flat, flavorless, skimpy. Fries were flavorless and barely salted. and the "caramel swirl" frosty means putting a little caramel on the edge of the cup (no swirl happening) so you are basically getting a vanilla frosty. This really was bad. And at a brand new location!

    When I heard Wendy’s was open in White Center I was thrilled. Came this morning for some seasoned potatoes and they were SUPER SALTY. If a manager is reading this please try to reduce the salt level in your fries and potatoes. I will be back to try the burgers and other items. Hopefully they are not SALTY. I know this Wendy’s location had only opened a couple months ago, but there are much to improve from the many negative comments posted. Since the Wendy’s in Burien has very tasty foods, I suggest a representative from there come to the White Center location to guide on food preparation. WC Wendy’s is my local hub and really wants it to improve, do well for the benefit of the ppl around this neighborhood. Thank you!!

    We spent 5 minutes at the window trying to explain what we wanted to order. We understand there could be a language barrier, so we tried our best to explain. Yet when we got our orders, we realized they misunderstood us, instead of a No. 7 combo and a No.4 sandwich, they gave us 7 No. 7 combos and 4 No.4 sandwiches. So we explained again what we ordered, they seemed to understand us this time. They took back the food and went back inside. Then I tried to get inside was going to ask for the refund for the food we didn’t actually order. The door was locked, the person who seemed like the manager came to get the door for me, before anything, she burst out: YOU NEED TO REPEAT YOUR ORDERS! I SAID SEVEN NUMBER SEVEN COMBOS AND FOUR NUMBER FOURS! I was shocked. I understand they are probably still new to the system because they just opened, she could be frustrated because all the time and food was wasted. However that is not the way to speak to a paying customer, especially not when it was you made the mistake in the first place, while we were being patient with you from the beginning. I don’t need you to educate me how to order food at a Wendy’s drive through. So instead of only asking for refund for the food we didn’t order, I asked for a full refund, left without any food. If this location’s owner sees this review, please re-train your staff so other customers would not have the same experience we did. And the total refund on the receipt somehow doesn’t match the amount of money charged on my card. But I do not want to deal with them for a little over a dollar. I take that as paying for a lesson to never come to this location ever again.
