Today, the drive through was handled by a woman ( who didn’t disclose her name to me n closed her window in a rude way. She was wearing head scarf (muslim hijab). She was angry at me n said I needed to speak better, n she herself had a think accent. When I asked her name, she closed the window in a rude way.

They had no business charging me for a sandwich they couldn't make. Of course it was late and I didn't want to drive back. Be careful check your good before pulling off. This happens often!

I honestly believe that they seek out employees who have no customer service skills they’re like robotic it’s just like they don’t want them. It doesn’t matter. The the only thing making it worth my while is the boo box and the you buy a boo box for a dollar and they give you Jr free Frosty’s like five of them. The only reason I go there other than that two thumbs down.
