Ok so true story what happened today? Was that While I was waiting for my food, two individuals came in and asked about the chicken fried rice that the restaurant is known for offering as part of their charitable efforts. Instead of being treated with kindness or respect, they were dismissed with a hand gesture from an elderly kind of heavyset woman, (Asian) with a low cut hair like a man don’t know her name sorry so I had to describe her, directing them to go outside. Point to the door! Like shoo fly shoot! Omg. I’m still shaken by this. The interaction felt cold and dismissive, and it came across as though they were embarrassed of the two Individuals that came in asking for food. All I’m saying is that
If a business promotes charitable work, it should extend dignity and respect to the very people it claims to serve. Everyone deserves to be treated with courtesy, regardless of their circumstances. What I observed did not reflect that standard.
I hope the management reflects back on this and ensures that all customers — especially those seeking assistance — are treated with compassion, kindness and respect. I don’t think I will be back anytime soon. It was just so rude. I have never seen anything like that in my life and I’ve been going to this restaurant for about six years now. I always tip them and I always eat here at this restaurant out of all Asian restaurants around the city. Sadly, I have to find a new one because of the situation. I am very disappointed.

I ordered panang curry with chicken and spring rolls. I was pretty disappointed with how much food I got and overall taste. The curry was thin and not much flavor, very little chicken. There wasn’t much of it either and the egg rolls were so tiny. It was ok overall but for nearly $30 I wouldn’t do it again.
