If you are not a delivery driver they will 100% forget your order especially now with the kiosk setup they run. The counter is just flooded with doordash and Uber eats drivers who wont move or let any order go to a customer without them touching everything claiming its their order. This has been going on for awhile now. Do not go here!

They charged me 20 dollars more than the app said it would cost in Ballard. Made me wait on the street in my car for my order and they forgot my crunch wrap 😭 below is a picture of what 63 dollars gets you, minus the stuff they forgot.

Do not go here. Please do not give this location your money. This location is franchised and does not charge the price that you are used to seeing at other Taco Bells. There is also a KFC in this building that is doing the same thing. Do not give this location your hard earned dollars, while someone in another tax bracket continues to laugh all the way to the bank. Pure greed.

Seems as though they hire based off of nothing, person working the counter was dismissive and did not want to engage with customers. I watched one of the employees sit in the drive through window ledge and lean outside to hit his vape while multiple customers were in the lobby waiting for food. My boyfriend ordered KFC, I got taco bell. The KFC order came in about 10-15 mins. We waited over 30 minutes for two(2 total!) regular tacos, and when I asked around the 30 minute mark how much longer it’d be, i was given a brief glance from the employee followed by a shrug and “i don’t know, 2 minutes?”. Then, when I DID receive my order, it was wrong. I had even asked the employee at the front for clarification because a different employee stated that my order was a different item than what i had asked for, and was given a confident yes when I asked the employee if it was correct. I then checked the items and showed the employee that it was wrong, at which point he seemed annoyed and asked for the order back(not a problem). I handed the order back and proceeded to wait another 3-4 minutes to get my correct order. Honestly the longest i’ve ever had to wait for fast food in my entire life. The food wasn’t even necessarily worth the wait. My bf had asked for extra crispy chicken and received chicken that had undercooked breading on it which had to be eaten around, and my two tacos were practically falling apart by the time i received them and was able to eat.
Overall, i'm not a local so I don’t know if this is how this place normally functions- but either way, the customer service should never be that far below bare minimum.
