  Angel working the desk this evening was the most pleasant, attentive, and caring person. Took care of my allergy order and allowed me to order it custom with the service team even though it was busy. Great job 👏🏽

  Every time I place a DoorDash pickup order I have to wait for over 10 minutes just to be helped at their walk up window and then usually another 20 minutes to actually get my order, even if I placed it 30 minutes in advance. They seem to only care about people that have vehicles and are in the drive through and don’t care at all about people on foot who are forced to wait outside in the cold

  Miles is amazing!! I left an internal review and felt my experience should be shared for the public. Miles is wonderful; he is so kind and attentive and his customer service skills and genuine care for guests exceeds all expectations and is noticeable, even in the short amount of time he has to leave an impression on guests. This location is so lucky to have him and I hope he is compensated appropriately for his hard work and care skills. Thank you Miles!!

  We were shocked by how rude the employee was tonight. When my niece tried to order over the phone, she was told to ‘get a life’ and spoken to disrespectfully. There’s no excuse for treating customers this way. Basic courtesy should be expected at any business. I hope management reviews this situation. The lady was extremely rude and that’s unacceptable.

  a homeless man stood by the menu board in the drive thru, and got mad at me cause I wouldnt buy him anything ( the way he asked was extremely rude or I would have) kept interrupting while trying to order. then after paying for my order, was told to drive around the building to wait for the food even though no cats were around me. was told they were timed. . had to wait by that homeless guy where he continued to be rude. got my food a d the babies were all over the bag cause the lid was off and were mixed in with napkins and hot sauce packets. complete loss and a terrible experience.
