- YDYana DenaiMay 27, 20251.0Avoid this location if you can. The “manager” sounds like she’s heavily under the influence of something and she’s rude. My order showed as delivered, but wasn’t anywhere to be found and when I called to inquire, she told me that it wasn’t her problem. I will be contacting corporate.

Every time I see him behind the glass I have to mentally prepare myself for the barrage of questions he is about to ask me. When taking orders, Frank rushes you and makes no effort to acknowledge that he heard you. The best part is when he forgets something and then proceeds to angerly make your sandwhich. I cannot overstate how unwelcoming Frank's customer service is and if management was smart they would prioritize correcting this behavior. Subway is supposed to be fast, but taking an extra 30 seconds to say hello and spend time in a friendly interaction instead of trying to memorize an entire order would go a long way. All I can say is I do not like to have it "Frank's way."
