Employee called her manager to ask if she could serve me bread for my one year old (I was purchasing a sub meal for myself too) Was told it was illegal and against company policy, and that if I wanted just bread for my toddler I could pay nearly $8 for the veg sub. Employee was unable to give me their head office details and appeared uninterested in serving me, started to busy herself with other tasks, so I walked away with no purchases.

This is a terrible Subway. Only two bread choices (the cheapest ones, I'm sure - the plain ones). They don't toast properly. The incredients quality is poor and the price is insane. It is somewhat understandable to have horribly high prices inside the con centre, but the quality should match other Subways and it just doesn't. Finally, on the one inside the con centre, for some bizarre reason they removed their chip and contactless reader (the PIN pad) from one of their registers making that register magnetic stripe only. Not only is this incredibly insecure, I only had my phone and they had to send me over to the other register to pay (and I felt bad about cutting in that line) since it had a working contactless reader. Why the heck would they remove the chip reader that makes cards secure by confirming they're genuine???
