I asked it to be toasted and that too wasn't done, terrible sandwich that I had to throw away. Looked like they were deliberately trying to mess up my order.

When I called the store and talked to the person who served us, she just said “everything is ok here”. She wasn’t the least bit interested in checking the lettuce to make sure other customers didn’t have the same disappointing experience. We’ve been ordering from this Subway for years, but we won’t be going there any longer.
