I had a couple reusable shopping bags with me and as I walked in I was confronted by the security guard who said I needed to put my bags by the door. I was confused because they were shopping bags, he goes on to say there's a sign that says no duffle bags or backpacks and these were clearly neither! I said im not going to steal! He yells I never said that im just doing my job. I said these are not backpacks or duffle bags so why are you harassing me? They are simply reusable bags. I proceded to go talk to the manager because I felt I was being harassed by the security guard and he followed me over cutting me off while I tried to talk to the manager to explain my concerns. The manager agreed the bag was not a duffle or backpack but said he had no control over the private security!!!! I had to tell him to get away from me because he was talking over me and standing right next to me. All this time I was on the phone with my husband who told me to leave the store so I did and he followed me out! Mind you I hadn't touched any merchandise. I hadn't even had a chance to shop because he was too busy assuming I was going to steal with my reusable grocery bags! Manager could clearly care less that his security chased away a PAYING customer. I didn't deserve to be bullied by him. Showing off for his 2 buddies he was chatting it up. Very "professional" of him
