He came up to me and aggressively told me to go to self-checkout immediately or leave the store! This kind of power-trip behavior is unacceptable!!! Who authorized this kind of aggressive behavior toward customers shopping within posted hours??? If your sign says 1:00am, then that’s the closing time. Customers inside the store during posted hours should not be treated like that! I have never seen any other store rush people out 15–20 minutes before the posted closing time like that! If this is how customers are treated within posted business hours, that says everything. I won’t be shopping here again.
