When I called to report the issue, the representative answered the phone, said “hi,” and then abruptly cut the call. When I tried again, there was absolutely no effort to listen to what had happened or resolve the problem. This is not just a mistake — it’s a complete lack of basic customer service. Cutting a call after answering and then not even bothering to hear the issue is unacceptable and incredibly disrespectful to a paying customer. I expected far better from Papa Johns

I’ve frequented this Papa’s for over 5 years, many times I’ve just had to bear it. I’ve ordered 3 times since Labor Day and they’ve been excellent pies full of toppings and, as a former chain pizza maker myself, made by an employee that actually put forth effort-which is extremely rare in Seattle now. Moreover, the employees seem communicative, coherent and not put off by your mere existence, and earnest working people for a change which again is a lot to ask for in current-day Seattle restaurant encounters. Nevertheless, hope the trend continues!
