Palisades is a nice restaurant but it took forever for someone to come wait on us. When they finally came, service was good. The food options were not what I was used to under prior ownership, but it was ok.

Anniversary, wife insisted on bringing the toddler. By some miracle he was well behaved for the majority of the meal and our server recognized when he was reaching his 'sit politely' limit and rushed the check to us. Thank you.

I’m not sure if this place considers itself fine dining, but based on the price, the service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. They served the soup before the bread, and while I was still having my soup, the main course arrived. By the time I finished the soup, the main dish had already gone cold. The linguine was also overly soft. On top of that, the empty soup bowl sat on the table for the entire meal—no one came to clear it. And because the tables were packed so tightly together, they even asked me to scoot over while I was eating, which made the whole experience feel cramped and uncomfortable.
