We paid our check and 18% tips at 4pm and finishing our fruit, they start kicking us out while there were more than half of the restaurant empty and no one’s waiting at the door. They just want you pay and leave as soon as possible, so if you’re looking for somewhere nice to enjoy your meal then don’t come here.

I was excited to try this place. I was a little disappointed with it. The meat was ok but most of it was very fatty which caused problems with our grill. Our grill was missing part of the flame diffuser so we had large flames all night that burned most of the meat we ordered. The grills need some maintenance. The waiter also gave us a last call for orders about 55 minutes into the dinner. There's a 90 minute limit so to tell us we couldn't order anything more at 60 minutes was odd.

We went with the Regular AYCE BBQ ($35.95). We went in the late dinner on a Friday and it wasn’t busy at all. This place has a good selection of meats! To get your money’s worth, my recommendation is to order all the meat you can eat to start with and leave out the veggies, appetizers, etc. to the end - you may not even want any of it by the time you’re done with their meat selection. Also try their ice cream machine for dessert. Overall it’s a great place to dine at and the staff are very friendly. There’s plenty of parking on-site. Will definitely be back!
Honestly, I don’t even know what happened to this place. We’ve been here a few times before and it was always great, so I thought it’d be the perfect spot to celebrate my friend’s birthday. Big mistake.
The food was still fine — I’ll give them that — but the service? Completely downhill. The waiter who took care of our table looked like he had a arrow of resentment toward us. No smile, no energy, no effort. Every time we tried to ask for something, he acted like we were bothering him.
We always choose the premium course that includes the beef tongue root, but guess what — we’ve never actually been able to order it. Every single time, they say it’s out. If that item is that popular, why not prepare enough so customers who pay for the premium menu can actually enjoy it? This time, when we asked again, the waiter smirked and said, “You guys came late.” Seriously? That’s how you talk to paying customers?
He barely came by our table, didn’t change the grill until we were almost done eating, and honestly seemed like he couldn’t care less. Then I noticed — they already charge a service fee for large groups. So maybe that’s why he didn’t even try… he probably figured, “Tip’s guaranteed anyway.”
Funny thing is, after he showed us that attitude, we started talking about how we were going to leave a review about his service. And suddenly, his tone changed a little — he started being a bit nicer. But at that point, it was already the end of our meal. Too late. If he had that attitude from the start, this review wouldn’t even exist.
It’s a shame because we used to really like this place, but that attitude ruined what was supposed to be a nice birthday dinner. If you’re going to automatically add gratuity, at least give service that’s worth it.
We came here to celebrate my friend’s birthday, we’ve been to this BBQ place 3–4 times before and always had great food and service. But today was absolutely TERRIBLE.
The waiter who served us was extremely rude and had a cold attitude the entire time. When we asked for beef tongue root (from the premium section we paid for), he said they were out. When I asked why they’re always out, he smirked and said, “You guys came late, so we’re out.” Seriously? That’s not how you talk to customers.
He barely came to our table, didn’t change the grill until we were almost finished eating, and acted like he didn’t care at all because gratuity was automatically included. For a party of seven, the grill was changed only once , that’s ridiculous for a BBQ restaurant.
I honestly feel bad for my friend, she chose this place for her birthday, and the service completely ruined it. I don’t know if this waiter treats everyone like this or just us, but he should know customers pay for their food, not beg for it. If you work in customer service, at least learn some basic respect for people.
