A lot of potential but very average..
Service: kind but slooow
Food: many of the appetizers are great. Rice bowls are good too. But the ramen… I had Tonkotsu but the noodle was over cooked, and broth could have been warmer. I had a high hope, as his instant ramen is pretty amazing.
When I walked by the kitchen a few times, I saw a bunch of young chefs chatting and lounging, and it didn’t give me the impression that ramen was being made with a lot of care and love necessarily..

Before I start this I wanna preface that this is my first google review so sorry ahead of time if it’s bad.
Overall i enjoyed my experience but there were a few things that stood out to me- that i had to wait 30 minutes before even entering the restaurant. This may not be a thing that happens occasionally but on the day I went (today) the restaurant closed down from 2:30-300 pm for staff reasons(?) I didn’t really feel bothered by it since I arrived around 30 minutes before the restaurant reopened.
Another thing was payment method- while waiting for 30 minutes, I wasn’t very sure if they accepted cash and was a bit afraid to call them to check since they were closed. (I have social anxiety) But luckily they did! So you may wanna call beforehand and ask if they accept cash that day since the staff had to ask around if they accept cash- and I’m not sure if its accepted daily.
The food overall I enjoyed but the waiting time was 30 minutes overall- less time for my chicken but it was 30 minutes for the ramen Which I wouldn’t have minded if I wasn’t in such a time crunch at the moment. What I did kind of find funny was that I enjoyed the kaarage (chicken) more than the ramen. Which may just be a preference on my part but the Kaarage in my opinion was more enjoyable than the ramen.
The staff was nice too but there was a point where I was in the middle of eating my ramen and a staff asked me if the food was alright- nothing against my waiter but maybe timing thay better would’ve been nice.
Overall it was a enjoyable experience and would come again :)
