The drink had no ice at all.. and the delivery driver didn't speak English so it I was unable to communicate with him properly.. All he would communicate is that he wanted a 5 star rating for the delivery that was unsatisfactory! I immediately reached out to the the vendor that delivered the food they advised they would take care of it and process a refund.. Since reaching out I've have called multiple times to be told that my refund was processed and I will receive it 7-10 business days.. Once that timeframe passed. I reached out to McDonald's directly they told me they had no record and could do nothing and referred me back to the delivery service.. the delivery service then advised they would need to escalate this is to McDonald's support and they would reach out and fix the problem.. Oh and I should hear back from someone for the person they said would help to say I need to go back to the delivery service... I'm very confused about frustrated bc I frequently eat at McDonald's and NVR had such HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WOULD DEFINITELY SUGGEST EATING ELSEWHERE WHERE DUE TO MCDONALD'S AS THE MAIN COMPANY SHOULD FIX IT AND HAVE NOT! I DEFINITELY WILL NOT LONG PATRONIZE MCDONALD'S

My friends and I ordered chicken nuggets, two orders of fries, one cheeseburger and one double cheeseburger through drive through. One order of fries was completely forgotten so we had to go back through the drive through for them. When my friends opened their burgers, the double cheeseburger had a single patty and the cheeseburger was a chicken sandwich. Whoever was working on Sunday night (January 11th, 2026) at 11:30pm you should be ashamed of yourself and you made 3 girls really sad.
