    Service is 10/10. Always greeted by a friendly people. They are great on getting your food out in a timely manner and correct. Iced coffee is consistently good. I know its just a McDonald's but it's really nice to have this place in West Seattle

    Just about the worst McDonald's in the area. Everything is always a little old and stale and tastes off, like they're using old oil. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 10 minutes to another location.

    Mira is very rude to the kids and has awful communication skills. She hangs up on people and talks to the high school students very disrespectfully. I paid for a mobile order for my son and she treated him like he was scamming her. I was on the phone when she wa screaming over him. I called the business line and she hung up several times screaming. She needs a mental health evaluation and should not be working the shift with the high schoolers on lunch if she is going to be so childish.

    Awful customer service. The lunch manager is very childish and treats the high school students like trash. She hangs up on customers and is extremely rude. I would like to know why you think you can talk to kids like that and hang up on customers.
