So I usually get there around 4:15am. The problem is, I sometimes am forced to sit in the drive-thru without anyone saying a single word to me for several minutes. It happened again this morning, where I sat in the drive-thru for 6 minutes without a single peep from the person working drive-thru. I drove my car around only for them to finally tell me that the system is down still. I get that their system being down still isn't their fault but for the love of God just tell me so that I'm not sitting in your drive-thru wasting my time!!!

Also note that the exit lane running beside the drive thru is narrow. Please be careful when exiting as you must cross the drive thru exit!

It's like they give the order to the wrong car or something and cannot figure out which order was yours. It's happened multiple times and we're ready to just stop coming altogether.
