This McDonald’s sucks. My burger and fries came out dry and cold. Like it was left on the counter for hours. I couldn’t even eat it…

CALL TO ALL: Check your order in the drive-thru.
Issue: Given another customers order.
**Updated**: Service is usually good to be fair, but this is the 3rd time I've had this issue with ORDER-AHEAD, so maybe they can't handle the app customers too, understandably. Location is 1 star because you can't drive out during anytime of day. Anytime. Requires a good Samaritan to merge.
Rant:
-Even if people are honking at you, check your order!
I had a full shift and got the wrong meal. Couldn't turn around to fix. Ordered ahead, gave the locations team plenty of time, even let some people que in front of me.
-It was not worth it. Order was completely wrong and representative looked me straight in the eyes and said my order number correctly. I trusted them, that is where you first make a mistake with this location.
-Trust, BUT VERIFY. In hindsight, she probably was hoping I would just take it (which I naively did) so if you suspect they are not 100% about what they hand you- that's your sign.
-Check that thang. The food is always great, so a couple stars for that. There is no way to refund or follow up. McDonald's makes it near impossible to submit an issue on their app and website.
