For this price go to an actual restaurant or fast food that charges less but uses higher quality ingredients. Update per McDonald’s reply: I appreciate your reply. The problem is that the attendant did not specify that 1) there is a cost for substituting out meat and 2) you only have meat options for breakfast so if someone who is vegetarian wants to eat at your restaurant they’re actually paying MORE for LESS. Why would anyone who wants vegetarian food go to McDonald’s when they can pay less at, say, Taco Bell and actually get vegetarian food that isn’t marked up when ingredients are taken off??? It’s 2025/2026, get with the times - people don’t just want to eat meat for every meal for many reasons.
