I even asked the server, and they mentioned that since some customers found it “too spicy,” they stopped making the original spicy version. Now they only add a bit of spice to the batter. Previously, the chicken was actually marinated in spice and had a real kick — that was what made Spicy Chickenjoy special. Now it just tastes like regular fried chicken, similar to KFC. If anyone from the corporate team or Jollibee’s kitchen sees this: you’ve taken away the main factor that made Spicy Chickenjoy stand out. Please bring back the original spicy recipe!

I told the staff and asked them to make a new one, but the manager insisted that it was cooked and refused to replace or refund it. The food was clearly unsafe to eat. I will not eat at this restaurant again — it was a very bad experience.

Orders literally took 30 plus minutes to get and the food especially the chicken was too spicy and that's because I'm Mexican-American and love my spicy food this chicken you couldn't even eat it to come from Comfortably to enjoy it. I came all the way from Everett to Seattle and it was the worst decision. Never again!!
