Not sure what complaints are about. We have waited 15 minutes for our sandwiches and this was during lunch rush hours! And it happened on two separate days of the same week during my trip to Seattle. This place was recommended to me by few locals, who visited regularly. Talk about consistency! Well done team! Sandwiches were tasty and served by welcoming staff. Keep up the good work folks and don’t let occasional failures let you feel bad about what you deliver. Thank you.
I've been to many Jimmy John's all over the nation, and while the food is the same, this location is the only one I've seen which seems to be in a constant state of operational crisis. If you're not familiar, the marketing slogan is "Freaky Fast!".
If you walk in this location, they will laugh in your face if you want a sandwich in under a half hour. They will literally tell you to wait for at least 35 minutes for the simplest order, because they just don't have the labor resource to do better.
The recommendation I can make is, the only way to work with them is to use the mobile app or web site to order ahead. The prep times seem to range from 16-30 minutes from placing the online order, but you can enable Notifications to let you know your food is ready. Don't even try to walk in and order.
Some reviewers ding the location for offering no seating, but that's not fair --there's an entire food court of seating right outside the front.
I have found the food to be the same tasty stuff, and the orders built well, like other locations, but just at 1/10 of the speed.
Got no clue why there's so many 1 star reviews. went there for lunch, staff was polite, food was ready in less than 5 mins, and the quality / taste was just fine. Good experience.

6/27/2023 - Got a special order #9 today. Was literally perfect and a great sandwich! These folks are friendly, courteous, and you can hear laughter as they are working hard. It was nice to see a team working so well together and delivering good food. The receipt debacle (not their fault) could be better but they were patient and nice to customers.
