  Food is fine, but the wait is awful. I don’t know why they don’t hire more people. It makes me think it has terrible management.

  Not sure what complaints are about. We have waited 15 minutes for our sandwiches and this was during lunch rush hours! And it happened on two separate days of the same week during my trip to Seattle. This place was recommended to me by few locals, who visited regularly. Talk about consistency! Well done team! Sandwiches were tasty and served by welcoming staff. Keep up the good work folks and don’t let occasional failures let you feel bad about what you deliver. Thank you.

  was not given my drink or chips on pickup. I was not given the chips or drink. On calling back they wont give me a refund on the food I did not receive and claimed if I was a "normal" person I would have seen them up front at the register. They would not return my funds for the food I wasn't given, or cancel my order and ring me up for my sandwiches that I was given. Poor service all around, disappointed from a basic sandwich shop.

  Hard to find in the Columbia Tower maze. Sandwich was the usual Jimmy John quality. Over staffed at the time of my visit. One of the few Jimmy John's where the employees could care less that you're in their shop. No place to sit and no napkins to be found.
