  Couldn't get my sandwich done in within 70 minutes, had to skip lunch. Tried again 1/6 I waited 60 minutes before again having to skip lunch. They made orders of walk in customers while I sat in the lobby waiting for an online order. Never go here unless you're trying to waste time and money.

  This is not a Freaky Fast location. This is a Freaky Busy location. Every Jimmy John’s I have been to usually has my sandwich complete before I’m even done paying. This one has everyone standing around waiting for their order. I placed my order at 12:08pm and received it at 12:24pm. 16 mins for a sandwich. It’s in the base of an office tower downtown, so they do a LOT of business every day. Just expect to wait, especially around lunch time.

  This is this the best JJs in Seattle. The only one I can trust for great service. Marshall has been delivering to me for years and the few times there’s been a problem, he made it right immediately and fixed the issue. Thank you!
