  I ordered a tuna sandwich. Serves were great. Sandwich barely had any tuna on it. $15 dollars for this is wild.

  I purchased from Jimmy John’s and they took me and my family’s order. After taking our order with some difficulty at the cash register, they took about 20 minutes to make three sandwiches with us being the only ones in the store. There were about five or six people standing in the back doing nothing while we sat there waiting for our sandwiches. once we took our sandwiches and left because we were in a hurry, I opened my sandwich to see that it was made completely wrong as I ordered it.

  What's the point of ordering online if walk-up orders take priority? Had to wait 20 minutes for my sandwhich while people walking up got their order in 5 minutes. So much for "freaky fast". Place seems very understaffed and poorly managed.

  Greediest money-grubbing company imaginable. You can get a toasted sandwich, but "policy" won't ALLOW them to toast a simple ham and cheese sandwich. However, they can toast a ham and bacon sandwich for merely two to three times the price because it's on a different part of the menu from the cheaper sandwiches. I should add that the ovens are always running, which means it costs NOTHING extra for them to toast the sandwich other than to force you to buy a more expensive sandwich. I've eaten at this spot for years and will not ever be returning here or to any Jimmy John's. Unbelievably anti-customer policy just to squeeze extra dollars out of us on top of overcharging for everything.

  JJ’s own website said it was open until 7pm, I pulled up at 5:45 and they were closed.
