  You absolutely cannot do better for Mexican in North Seattle. Chipotle Chicken Burrito, Wet and Spicy. You can thank me later.

  Ordered one of the more expensive items on the menu: wet fish burrito. It cost me 22$. The fish was stale and old, and I got sick the next day. Sad because I read such good reviews of this place.

  I’ve been enjoying Gordito’s since the 1990’s. My wife and I went on our first date there. Their food is consistently delicious. My go to order is the extra special breakfast burrito - go grande and you’ve got 2 meals in one! The atmosphere for dining is okay, just pretty spare and simple seating. We often get food to go - pack up some salsas from their salsa bar or put salsa and escabeche straight on your food and save a container. Note: they use black beans vs pintos and I know some people prefer pintos.

  Let you know that I ordered on my laptop and I couldn’t advance past how hot I’d like the burritos. I wanted a wet burrito and was surprised it didn’t give me the option. After ordering, I went to my phone to see if that would let me advance past how hot I’d like my burrito and realized that all options were available to me on my phone. Please make sure your web developer knows that on Chrome I wasn’t able to advance past the screen that asked how hot I’d like my burrito.

  We’ve been ordering (frequently!) from Gorditos for decades and love the food and people. The only reason i don’t give them a 5 is sometimes the food is a bit saltier than i prefer, but that doesn’t bother my husband at all. Generous portion sizes and reasonable prices.
