Stopped in after a visit to SAM. Didn't realize it was inside the Four Seasons hotel until i arrived. Was greeted by the pleasant reception staff and a modern and relaxed feeling decor accentuated by the view of Puget Sound and the Wheel. After check-in, they hostess showed me to our window table to enjoy the view.
Arriving just before 5pm, their happy hour menu was available (very surprising for a Saturday). The options were varied and well priced. Ordered oysters, clam chowder, wagyu sliders, and eventually added a dessert. I don't remember the name of the dessert, but it was definitely the crown on an amazing dinner.
The oysters were fresh with the slightest hint of Britney flavor and complemented by mingonette.
The chowder was well made with a healthy mix of clams and a bonus of snow crab meat in the mix.
The sliders were perfectly cooked, a balance between rare and medium-rare, just how i like. Bun was fresh, and condiments and toppings were well balanced to prevent overwhelming the wagyu.
The dessert was a wonderful combination of flavors, (lemon ginger ice cream, cocoa, matcha, black sesame) and textures (crunchy, fluffy, )creamy all melding together in different combinations with each bite.
An extremely satisfying experience from start to finish.
Before deciding on the dessert, I contemplated a dish from the dinner menu. The options looked amazing, but I was afraid it would be too much and decrease my overall enjoyment of what I had already enjoyed, so went with the dessert. I plan to return for dinner to enjoy that experience.

This restaurant is unbelievably racist. I was surprised by the poor treatment they have for guests that don’t fit their desired color.. even if you’re a guest at the 4S they will lie and say they don’t have openings then rush to sit walk-ins that match their preferred shade of folks. I will never understand why people work in service to discriminate.. guess it gives some the illusion of empowerment when really we are all humans. Fortunately there are so many other great restaurants nearby!
if you go here and they treat you less, speak to a manager and continue to complain.

The food was good, but the service completely ruined the experience.
We had a brunch reservation today and placed our orders promptly at around 1:00 PM.
Despite this, nothing arrived on time. The “bottomless” mimosas were anything but — our glasses were constantly empty, and we had to repeatedly flag down our waiter just to get refills. Even then, it took a long time for each one to arrive. Over the entire brunch, each of us had maybe 2–3 glasses, we didn’t wanted more but constant disattention to empty water and mimosa glasses at the table was very noticeable.
By 2:00 PM — a full hour after ordering — we still hadn’t received even our appetizers. When we asked the waiter to check on the order because we are starving and have been waiting for a while, he said he would, but then responded with, “Well yeah, because you were running me a lot here.” That comment was completely inappropriate. We only flagged him down when our glasses were empty and this one time to ask about our food after waiting an unreasonable amount of time.
To make things worse, at some point he brought us an orange juice we never ordered and asked if we would like it which we took since we had a child with us, and then he still charged us for it.
Eventually after inquiring about he food at 2pm, we received appetizers about 10 minutes later and our main dishes another 15 minutes after that, but by then the experience was already frustrating and disappointing.
The restaurant automatically charged a 20% gratuity, which we were aware of, but given the poor service and rude attitude, this felt completely undeserved. At the very least, an apology or some gesture (like a complimentary dessert) would have been appropriate. Instead, we left feeling frustrated and poorly treated.
