It took twelve minutes for the other three do nothings drifting around to place already made fries in my bag and give it to me. Disorganized at best. There is no manager running this show. 2/2 times like this for me. $60 for two burgers one fry and two shakes? Nope. Back to Boss Burger for half the price and twice as fast.

Unfortunately, my last order resulted in a bacon cheeseburger without the two hamburger patties and without the cheese. It was super disappointing to get home and find out I just have a bun with bacon and toppings, and they were already closed by the time I noticed. The french fries were also pretty cold. The other two burgers we ordered were correct and the milkshakes were good. Maybe this was a one time mistake. Hopefully it won't happen again in the future.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
