Called in the day of delivery an hour before, to verify that the order was still going to be delivered on time. I was again assured that the order would be on time. The order was not on time. It was 30 minutes late, and I had to chase them down to get an update. To top it off, the pizza was luke warm and soggy from being in the car too long. I called back wanting to speak with a Manger. They have been dodging my calls since it happened. That is just poor business. I will avoid buying from Domino's again. A very poor experience...made worse by non responsive management.
