My food was great and the guys in the store were nice but I don’t know what the delivery drivers problem was we ordered for carry out which means you go pick it up but somehow the driver took our food and dropped it off to someone else who while we waited for them to remake my order called and complained about receiving the wrong order. Not sure maybe the guy was new or tired or both but that was the only frustration of my experience which is why service got a two

Waited almost 3 hours for our pizza. It finally says it’s on the way but who knows if it will actually make it here and if it’ll even be warm at this point.. so frustrated, as they won’t even let us cancel the order. And don’t even bother calling. You’ll be on hold forever. Never ordering from here again.

Absolutely the worst pizza delivery and customer service of all time. You'd think after so many decades dominos would have figured at least how to cut a pizza. But you wait an hour and 15 minutes for an uncut pizza and the most obnoxious manager I've ever spoken to asking me if I know how to cut a pizza. They won't make good on it either, they will try to make you sign up to get their spam email instead of just giving you a coupon.

I ordered pizza totaling close to $50. My order took over 2 hours to arrive and was not warm. I was not trying to be unreasonable but I figured the store would do something about the fact that I had to wait so long and no mention of delays before ordering. I called once after the first hour just to check on my order and was told oh it's leaving the store soon. I called again an hour later and was told that they were already on the way. When the delivery bike arrived he blamed them being short staffed. This is when I decided to call them back to see if they would give us a refund or discount or something. I was told yes let's see what we can do, then they hung up on me. I assumed it was a mistake and called back. The manager said i need to put you on hold and never came back 10 mins later I hung up to write this review I want my money back on. I could have walked there and picked it up. They are only a 10 minute walk tops. I would not come back to this location even if offered free pizza unless the staff had been retrained and the app is fixed to mention long waits. This was by far the worst/rudest I've been treated at a Domino's. At least i didn't have to take anybody to the hospital this time.
