Really, all was excellent, but this was due to Ethan's 5 star level service and arrangement/advice; his timing on all was spot on.. A wonderful dinning experience on the water with family. TY, Ethan.

The chowder was delicious and our meal was finished with fish & chips which was enough for my wife & I to share. James is an outstanding server. Very prompt & helpful. He also moved us to a different table to avoid the ventilation draft.

Friendly waiter bas helpful in explaining the options on the specialty menus for the 3 course Valentine’s Day options. We started with Mimosas. Our waiter suggested the wedge salad, the Sea Bass on a crab seafood cake and Crème Brûlée for dessert. Everything was delicious and prepared to perfection. It was a lovely sunny day and a memorable romantic dining experience. I have also been to many Happy Hours at Cutters in the past and enjoyed Muscles and steamed clams in delicious sauces or crab cakes with white wine.

Waited in the lobby for 45 minutes with many frustrated guests and finally got seated almost an hour after my reservation time. Server was in a rush the whole time. After placing our drink order, we waited 30 minutes for them to come out. Ordered our food, the steak was dry and completely flavorless. The shrimp was cold and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp all day long. For a $300 dollar dinner I expected so much better. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed
