I asked for steak , and when it was my husband turn he was received with a harsh answer that there was none. Instead of saying it’s going to take awhile , we were received with a harsh no. Furthermore , I can truly say that it was a really bad experience.

- CCCassidyJan 24, 20261.0the only chipotle close in my area & an awful experience every time — yesterday was my final straw. walked in with my friend who’s in town visiting around 2pm, they had nothing.. no meat except chicken, all staff was sitting around doing nothing. i asked them how long until the steak is ready, veggies, guac etc. they said no one was making any of that bc they had a rush this morning. ice machine broke, no soda, no care in the world to accommodate or help in anyway and had the audacity to give ME attitude. don’t include no lame auto reply “sorry about that please contact us” either. this one should be shut down until they figure it out.
