The work station was a mess, with food in other containers, so every bite of my bowl held a surprise ingredient. This was my first visit, and I cannot understand how a newer location is doing so bad.

- MDMcKenna DorseySep 24, 20251.0Do not EVER use the pick up window - I rang their doorbell and had to insert my head in saying “Excuse me?”, along with the gentleman behind me. Once someone came 7 minutes later, my order was 20 minutes late as I just stood outside watching someone pack bags of chips. The employee barely spoke English - which is fine as long as you are working BACK of house. 15 minutes in I said “when will my order be ready?” She said “9 minutes” then I said “9 more minutes???” When I finally got my order I had to ask her to fill the fountain drink and she acted like she literally had no idea what I asked for (they fill your drink for you at the pick up window). I said I wanted Sprite and she started filling it with Coke, so interrupted her and pointed to the Sprite, then she dumped out the Coke and filled up the entire cup with soda and no ice. I said “can I please get a new cup with ice too?” And she gave me a childs cup and no ice lol. So I had a 3/4 filled beverage ice-less. Therefore I went inside and actually redid my drink. I haven’t even left the parking lot so I doubt my order is correct. Seriously do better, I will never do the pick up window again and don’t have employees who can’t work front of house working there. This location is 7 minutes from me and it ended up being almost a 40 minute trip although my order “took ten minutes”.
