- JJJFeb 19, 20261.0Extremely small portions. I ordered a side of beans and they tried to charge me extra for it and they were arguing that the large cup of beans costs extra but I never even asked for that, I just asked for beans on the side.

Drove up to the window and haven’t name, received my order and was on my way. Soon as I got home we opened up our order and my protein bowl looked like someone literally threw it together as the bowl was sliding down the food prep line with about 10 pieces of lettuce. Worst looking bowl I’ve ever received. I guess I will keep my standards about chipotle low with how they prep my food. Maybe even skip out on Chipotle as a whole. Tell me would you eat this mess?!

I call Chipotle customer service they refused to refund my money. the people in the store couldn't do anything without the online customer service getting involved and customer service said their "system was locked and had no way of doing a refund".
