The drive through window is now “just to pickup orders that were already placed online”. It’s almost like we already had a way to pick up online orders (going inside the store) and the drive through is now serving as a complete waste🤔 yeah.. very dumb

Hi Karry, I want to bring to your attention some issues with my service and purchase today, Saturday, July 19th. Service: I arrived at 2 PM. Your store was out of fajita veggies. The young man said they were starting on it now and it would be 10 to 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, still no fajita veggies. I waited five more minutes looked again still no fajita veggies. Finally at 2:25, I stood in line asked about the fajita veggies and was told by a new young man that they were gonna be started on soon and it would be another 20 to 25 minute wait. Purchase: I paid for a Mexican Coke, but when I got home, it was not in the bag. In terms of my meal, the portion size was the smallest I’ve ever received any chipotle ever, so in the 0.5% percentile. Order # 193
