- NNNatiFeb 24, 20261.0I’ve ordered from the Chipotle on Westlake in Seattle three times over the past few months, and unfortunately my experience has been inconsistent — especially with the rice. On two occasions the rice was extremely salty, and another time it arrived completely plain with no seasoning at all. My most recent order today was particularly disappointing. I actually bit into a visible lump of salt, and the rice had a crunchy texture from salt grains, which made the meal unpleasant and hard to enjoy. I hope management takes a closer look at quality control and seasoning consistency, because this location has potential but needs improvement. Until then, I recommend ordering with caution.

No pico de gallo? Fine. But instead of refilling it like they’re supposed to, they just give you less than the actual portion. That’s ridiculous. The same thing happened with the corn. How is it possible that customers are paying full price and getting treated like this? It’s unacceptable. They act like the food is coming out of their own pocket. If you don’t want to waste your money and deal with terrible service, don’t come here. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
