- JTJoshua TNov 10, 20251.0TLDR: I'm concerned about food safety for anyone when water that's been hot and contaminated with dairy, proteins, and produce all day is dripping on clean fresh food during swaps. I don't know how you avoid this as when they grab bins from the back it just drips over everything to get to the front of the food counter. Longer version: I noticed that when they're adding ingredients back into the bins, they dump the old into the new. This is not a big deal as during busy times I get it, you don't waste "good" ingredients still left in a "low" bin. My issue is that they do this over all the other ingredient bins. I watched last night as the employees dumped the old bin into the new and the water underneath just drips into many of the bins. Needless to say, we still ate here and well, lesson learned, very upset stomachs this morning. I will pass eating here (or any chipotle) until they find a good solution to improve food safety. Hindsight being 20/20: I should have walked out and notified the manager immediately. Review edited for clarity from my original post.
