  workers seem to have no clue what they’re doing here. i ordered for delivery and received the incorrect order for someone named Tim. when i called to see what could be done they couldn’t redeliver the correct order to me and the worker seemed to have no idea how to process a refund. he mentioned possibly getting me a gift card which is unacceptable considering i’d really prefer to just get my money back and not spend it here again. they said they would call back if they can process the refund but have not gotten a call back or any indication of a solution at this time. on top of that, this all happened on my lunch break from work with very limited time on my end. i attempted to just eat the order that was delivered to me since my food did not arrive and it was horrible and immediately gave me the worst most painful stomach ache. hoping i am not getting sick from the food here and still waiting to get my money back.

  Plenty of Mexican restaurants around. Support your local Mexican restaurant instead.

  Did not receive ordered items in an online order. Also the food was cold, I saw them bag it and was home in 5 minutes but someone was ice cold already. They clearly turned off the heaters and didn't care at that time of night.

  Never has dressing for online orders. Always seem to have it for in person customers. There’s always like seven people working and no one making food. Very mismanaged. Online order pickup times are never correct and they serve the line and then just do other tasks without taking care of online orders. If you need to grab a quick lunch, this is not the location for it. I’m sure the team is doing their best but they’re clearly overwhelmed and as a result are almost comically rude and dismissive of you sitting there for 30 minutes waiting for a salad you ordered an hour before.
