The portions are perfect, the employees are super friendly and helpful, the food always tastes fresh, and the vibes are immaculate. Also, whoever is on aux tonight deserves a promotion!

The employees don't care and it shows in the food quality and wait time. At peak lunch time they have at most one person working the line and that one person will spend time chatting with another employee rather than serving you, even when the line is wrapped around the store. When I do get my food, there's two or three pieces of inedible chicken in just about every bowl. Altogether, it makes me want to avoid this place and choose from any of the dozens of good options around it.
