I asked for extra sour cream and extra rice, yet my bowl had barely a teaspoon of sour cream and very little rice. I also asked for extra lettuce, but I was given almost none. On top of that, the food was extremely salty, which made it even more disappointing. I also requested napkins and utensils, and none were included in the bag. For the amount of money I spent, this felt careless and frustrating. It seems like delivery orders aren’t being prepared with the same attention or care as in-store orders, and my requests were completely ignored. This was honestly the worst Chipotle order I’ve ever received, and it feels like a waste of my $62. Because of this experience, I don’t think I’ll be ordering Chipotle delivery again. I hope this feedback helps improve the quality and attention to customer orders moving forward.
