  Called to place a very VERY large order on 4/3/26 @ 2:56pm. Before I could even get a single bit of information across, the person answering the phone was extremely rude and even scoffed as if my calling were a problem. $400 order just thrown out because that person decided to be rude. Management might want to look into that.

  Underwhelming pizza, light on toppings, often not even cut correctly into slices. Cheap but it shows. Convenient but mostly regret going here. Feel sorry for the young staff trying their best within this mega corp.

  Horrible service, a few weeks ago i ordered delivery from the app. The delivery person sat a couple of my items on the porch, didn't even knock, when I looked outside cause I heard movement on the porch I see they just say it in the ground. With over half of my order missing. So I call the store. The girl told me that the delivery driver accidentally left my food at door of a delivery before mine. She said they can't remake it and deliver it cause they were too busy so I can have credit or a refund. I asked for a refund. She said it would take a few business days to get my refund. But here I am a few weeks later with no refund or even credit . Very poor customer service and just taking my money for food I didn't even receive. If I could give 0 stars I would.

  Very weird pizza I ever seen, just ordering and carrying out now, order was chicken pizza. Arrived at home and there is no chicken on the pizza (counted 5 cut of portions on there 🤔) it was dry just put barbecue sos on the top an professional, really sad 😞 have you ever seen chicken pizza like this?

  This is by far the worst pizza place I’ve ever dealt with. The employees are consistently rude, and after multiple orders being messed up without so much as an apology, I’m officially done. I decided to pick up my pizza today to avoid the hour-and-a-half delivery delay I experienced last time. When I asked for a side of ranch, the employee was extremely rude and then ignored me. I had to ask again, and a manager stepped in. When I tried to pay cash for the ranch, I was told while being laughed at that only one person in the store could handle cash, and of course they were busy. I ended up having to use my card for just over a dollar. I mentioned that I don’t understand why I consistently have to deal with rude staff at this location. Unfortunately, that wasn’t even the worst part.. I found a long hair in my pizza. Absolutely disgusting. Needless to say, I won’t be back. Extremely disappointed in the service and overall experience.
