- MGMae GoldsApr 1, 20263.0I have good experiences with other Dominos, but this one is not the best. I usually love Dominos pizza itself and when it is done right here it is pretty good. But they consistently make mistakes. This is the most recent one. They may be understaffed and I acknowledge that. My pizza was made incorrectly (without protein at all when I ordered a memphis bbq chicken), I called them and asked for a refund because I didn’t check the pizza till I got home (I should have, that was my bad). The guy on the other end was super curt, short, and a little rude and among other things he said I would have to wait for a general manager to issue the refund. He said to call back the next day. I called back and they said they were super busy and were once again curt with me, saying they would have to call me back. He did and had a different attitude, which was better. I ended up getting a free pizza added to my account which I am thankful for, but the process is ridiculously long.

And jalapeño I only got Pepperoni and sausage which they clearly can not read the recite then guy told me call door dash. Which they almost did not help me but ended up giving me my order credit. I will never order from. Here again domino's need to step it up your getting paid to do a job do it right like seriously

I called the dominoes and the guy on the phone said they put extra onions on for no extra charge. I told him we requested no onions, as I am allergic, and my daughter is as well. He literally said, no you are not, then hung up. So, we paid to eat something we are allergic to. Dominoes has now lost our business, since they want us to be sick.
