  PSA: Do NOT eat here. I love Chipotle Mexican Grill and I almost never have problems when I go to one, but today’s experience was absolutely awful. I ordered my usual bowl — half white rice, half brown rice, black beans, steak, corn, sour cream, spicy salsa, and guacamole. This is literally the exact same meal I order every time I go to any Chipotle. Not even 30 minutes after eating, I started throwing up and had an intense stomach ache that quickly turned into serious bathroom issues. I genuinely felt like death. I went back to the restaurant to let them know what had happened, and instead of showing concern, the staff looked at me like I was crazy. The only response I got was, “Well, we check the temperature of the meats.” That doesn’t mean much when someone is standing there clearly sick after eating your food. I’m not someone who complains often, but this experience was horrible. Between getting violently sick and the complete lack of concern from the staff, I would seriously think twice before eating at this location again.

  I have had many bad experiences here and I am finally giving up. My last order was a delivery order and they literally did not include 80% of the ingredients. I paid extra for guac and a tortilla, both were missing, in addition to other ingredients. What’s worse is there is basically zero genuine customer service support offered by Chipotle. Making it basically impossible to get any help or refund. Updating this review so people are not mislead by Chipotle’s response below. I did reach out to their “customer support.” I have clearly and directly asked for a refund multiple times in our exchange and they have consistently responded indirectly with “free drink” and “free guac” special offers, despite me saying explicitly that I am no longer a Chipotle customer and that any type of “special offer” or “credit” is not a relevant or acceptable resolution. Unfortunately, I will likely have to dispute this charge with my bank since their “customer support” is set up to operate more like “customer defense.”
